Switches, Routers, Hubs, Serves,
Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VoIP
-
Certifications:
MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE is a huge plus

Analytical
and problem solving skills

Excellent
written and verbal communication abilities
